School

Wow, what a year. The school year is 3/4 done and I have survived. This is my busy time of year writing individualized education plans and conducting case conferences. Students are swarming into my program. Too keep up with the demand I have been working 12-15 hour days and it is taking a toll. It is hard to be energetic and alive during the day, when one is so tired. I am so grateful that Spring Break is coming up during the 1st week of April. I will need time to veg and relax.

My parents are still living in 2 different states. My mom is still here, trying to get the house sold. My dad is in Iowa with my brother. My little bro is thriving in his small private school. He's on the yearbook committe and a ton of other things. I guess you get involved quickly when there are only 5 people in your class! My mom in in Iowa this week to visit. My dad is actually in Las Vegas at a work confernece. It seems hard to keep those 2 in the same state!!!

I am still teaching Network! For this month I have passed off the duties to a couple of other guys, so I can focus on school. Last week Rhonda and I were supposed to have a girls night, instead of Network. It turned out that we both invited other people! Yes, we actually beat John in bowling. It was a miracle...plus he was bowling with his left hand. Do I have to metion that??? It was good to catch up with my long lost friends!!!

Last Saturday I got to hang out with the married frineds. I got to hear all about Jenalee's trip to LA. It seems like she had a great time! It was good to see the girls also!

I think I am going to head to Brookhaven this Sunday. I need to get away from all the drama at my church and school. It will be a blessing to see friends. It seems like I needs some encouragement now!

Well, I'm late for worship band practice, so I best be on my way.

I miss blogging!
